Return Process:

1. Please use our Return Request Form found below. Enter your order ID # located on your invoice and order confirmation email, your email address used to purchase this order and your reason for returning.

2. We will contact you within 3 business days to let you know if your return is approved. At that time, we will let you know the next steps to follow.

Return Policy

  • All returns must be received within 14 days of the original shipment date.
  • All returns must be approved via the form above. 
  • All item(s) must be returned to us in their original condition.  Unworn, unwashed, smoke-free and with tags still attached
  • Shoes must be returned with their original packaging.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Any item(s) sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer.
  • Item(s) purchased with any form of discount code are valid for an exchange only.  We cannot issue a refund for these items.
  • You can return your item(s) to any one of our 15 Runway Seven locations, and a store representative will assist you with your return. 



The following items are FINAL SALE:

  • Gift Cards
  • Jewelry
  • Bralettes
  • All Items in the Last Ones Left and SALE categories


Discounted Purchase:

  • Item(s) purchased during a temporary sale are exchange only! We can not issue a refund for anything purchased with a discount code, coupon or during a temporary promotion such as 20% Off, BOGO 25% Off, FALL10 etc. 


Damaged/Defective Items:

  • Our team checks all items for any damages or defective areas before shipping them out to you, but we know we are human and sometimes make mistakes. 
  • Damages must be reported to us prior to wearing the garment. Tags must still be attached.
  • All reports must be made within 3 days of receiving your garment. If report is made within 3 days of receiving, we will cover return shipping and offer to replace if we have the item available or we will issue a refund for the purchase.
  • Please contact us immediately at warehouse@therunwayseven.com and provide us with a picture of the damaged/defective area. Please include your name and order number.


Exchanges:

  • Due to limited quantity of inventory, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, you will need to complete the return form above, and we will process your return.  Once your return has been approved and we have received your return you will then be issued store credit for the returned item in in which you may use to purchase a new size.
  • We cannot guarantee the item you are trying to exchange for will still be available when the return reaches our department. 

Holiday Return Policy: 

  • Full price purchases made in the month of December (12/1-12/31/16) will have until January 7, 2017 to return or exchange these items. This does not apply to any items listed as Final Sale.
